STEP 1

Please fill out our form if you are ready to proceed with the reservation. Answer each question carefully and completely, since this will allow us to engage with you more effectively and match the best kitten for you. If you have any questions when filling out the form, please email me. This questionnaire is optional, but it helps us build a shared understanding of your preferences for your new family member.

STEP 2

After submitting the application, please wait for our response. If you submitted the application through our website, we will contact you within the next 24 hours. As we have many kittens in our cattery that receive our attention and care, we need time to carefully review your questionnaire. After that, we will send you a contract with the reservation and purchase terms for your review. If you don’t have time to wait, you can contact us directly using the phone number provided at the bottom of the page.

STEP 3

To reserve a kitten, you need to fill out the contract and pay a deposit (which is included in the total cost of the kitten). The deposit amount differs for a pet kitten and a kitten for further breeding. We will provide payment instructions. Kittens are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. People on a waiting list get to make their choice first, in the order they were placed on a waiting list. It is important to note that a kitten is considered reserved only after the deposit is received (verbal promises are not accepted). If something happens to the kitten due to the cattery’s fault, the deposit can be refunded or transferred to another kitten. Additionally, within 2 weeks of making the deposit, you can change your reservation to another kitten that is available at the time and is under 8 weeks old. Any additional conditions, if applicable, will be discussed individually.

STEP 4

Within 24 hours of submitting the deposit, you are required to review, sign, and email us the contract. The contract terms may vary depending on the purpose of acquiring the kitten (as a pet or for further breeding). Please note that not every kitten can be used for further breeding!

STEP 5

When your kitten is ready to go to its new home, you can pay the remaining cost and take the kitten with you. You can either come in person to pick up the kitten (in which case the remaining balance might be paid at the time of pick up) or use our delivery service (in this case, full payment is required before the kitten is shipped). Please note that the delivery service operates on a prearranged basis and depends on the time of year. STEP 6

Congratulations, your family has gained a new member! We will provide you with all the instructions for a smooth welcome home for your kitten.

STEP 7

We will provide you with detailed information on how to best care for the kitten. For example, what and how to feed the kitten, what supplements are suitable, what types of litter and litter box to use, how to play with them, and more. You will receive all the necessary instructions after you pay the deposit and the kitten reservation is confirmed, allowing you time to prepare your home and family members for the kitten’s arrival. Additionally, if needed, we can provide kitten food for the first three days (to be discussed individually).
